To optimize transportation networks and reduce shipping costs, the remote Senior Transportation Analyst will design and scale advanced analytics models and tools, enhancing key performance metrics and driving EBITDA growth. Key responsibilities Design and develop analytics models and tools to optimize transportation cost, speed, and network performance Own and enhance key tools including carrier dashboards, routing optimizers, chargeback systems, and cost benchmarking engines Deliver predictive and real-time reporting on key KPIs such as transit time, on-time delivery, and freight spend Required qualifications 4 to 6+ years of analytics experience in transportation, supply chain, logistics, or e-commerce operations Strong SQL skills (Snowflake, Starburst, or similar) and advanced Excel proficiency Experience with Power BI, including building dashboards and DAX measures from scratch Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with experience presenting findings to US-based leaders Bonus: exposure to carrier rate analysis, freight cost modeling, or warehouse/inbound operations data
