Senior Transit Programs Manager – Bus, Rail & Facilities

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Transit Services to join our multi‑disciplinary transportation team in Virginia. You will lead bus, rail and facilities projects for major clients such as Virginia Railway Express, VRPA, WMATA, Amtrak, MARC and Maryland Transit Administration, coordinating multi‑disciplinary teams to deliver on scope, schedule, and budget.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 10 years of related experience, and PMI/ CCM/ DBIA certification within 12 months;
