Supporting training and performance improvement initiatives, the full-time Senior Training Performance Partner will translate operational and regulatory needs into actionable learning solutions while working remotely. Key responsibilities Translate business, technology, and workforce needs into actionable training and readiness plans in collaboration with stakeholders Design, develop, and deliver blended learning materials, job aids, and assessments using adult learning principles Facilitate training sessions and apply feedback to continuously improve training solutions and support readiness for technology changes Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, education, organizational development, instructional design, or a related field 5+ years of experience in training, performance consulting, or related fields 5+ years of experience in Broker-Dealer and/or RIA operations Strong skills in instructional design, facilitation, and project management Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and learning technologies
