Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze, design, develop, and test industry-standard training materials to support ongoing improvement and new releases.
- Provide hands-on support for front-line workers and their supervisors.
- Deliver quality training with measurable outcomes.
- Conduct post-training assessments, including observation, and assist in establishing support tickets to identify training and support needs.
- Mentor other eligibility trainers in best practices for adult learning.

This position is part of the DC Access System (DCS) project.
Minimum Education/Certification Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Coordinate IT project management, engineering, maintenance, QA, and risk management.
- Support users and develop technical applications to support user needs.
- Develop, implement, maintain, and enforce standards and procedures for system design, development, installation, modification, and documentation.
- Provide training for system products and procedures.
- Perform application upgrades and monitor real-time databases, networks, serial data communications, and real-time graphics and logic applications.
- Troubleshoot problems and ensure project lifecycle adherence to District standards and procedures.
