What You'll Be Doing

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of traffic engineers and designers.


• Manage project delivery, resource planning, quality control, and technical oversight.


• Serve as a trusted advisor to municipal and public‑sector clients.


• Support and lead business development efforts, including proposal development and client engagement.


• Review traffic studies, traffic signal design, signing and pavement marking plans, ITS, and transportation improvement projects.


• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful transportation solutions.


• Drive operational excellence while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
