Am Law 100 firm is looking to hire a senior trademark prosecutor.
What you have:
  • 6+ years of experience in trademark clearance, filing, prosecution, counseling, and enforcement of national and international brands
  • Preference given for TTAB experience
  • Preference given for trademark prosecution experience at an Am Law 100 firm
  • Active license to practice law
What you will do:
  • Manage trademark matters of national and international clients including searching, clearance, filing, prosecution, and enforcement
  • Provide strategic brand portfolio guidance and counseling
  • Manage TTAB matters
