Senior TPF DeveloperLocation: Atlanta, GAPosition Type: FulltimeRate: DOE $/yr.No Visa sponsorship available for this Job (US Citizen, Green Card, GC-EAD, H1B)Mandatory Technical / Functional SkillsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems or any equivalent combination of experience, education with 8 or more years of IT experience • Programming expertise in TPF, TPF C/C++, TPFDF, Sabretalk and Assembler for the zTPF environment in order to develop and maintain computer software • 5 or more years of experience working in TPF Reservations application development within the Airline business • Working experience and knowledge of TPF Systems, and Tools (TPFDF and IBM Toolkit/Dubugger and zTPFGI, ALM, Quality Center) • Knowledge of Delta or Deltamatic preferred • Candidates with previous experience on Agile teams • Strong written and communication skillsRoles and Responsibility• Responsible for participating in the development, maintenance, enhancement, and support of applications • Understand business requirements in order to provide the technical design of computer software • Develop appropriate software and documentation according to organizational standards • Support and troubleshoot computer systems as required, optimizing performance, resolving problems, and providing timely follow up on all problems • Follow organization standards and methodologies in the development and implementation of computer software • Works/Consults across multiple projects; functions as an informal leader • Works on complex projects that require subject matter expertise • Responsible for providing hands on expert level assistance to junior developers for technical issues
