Focused on identifying and analyzing adversary capabilities, the remote Senior Capabilities Hunter will develop tools and documentation, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and enhance detection strategies against threats targeting critical infrastructure. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain tools and documentation for capability identification and analysis while collaborating with various teams Hunt for and analyze adversary capabilities, contributing to threat assessments and customer advisories Identify automation opportunities in analysis methodologies and recommend solutions for data visibility gaps Required qualifications 2-3 years of experience in Capabilities Development, Threat Hunting, or related fields Experience with software development in C#, Python, or similar languages Familiarity with the Diamond Model, Kill Chain, and MITRE ATT&CK frameworks Strong report writing skills, with experience producing technical intelligence reports Demonstrated knowledge of adversarial Threat Groups and their tactics, techniques, and procedures
