Leidos has a new opportunity for a Senior Test Engineer in the Intelligence Sectors, Cyber and Analytics Business Area (CABA). The role supports critical data capabilities for national security operations.

Job Summary

Join a high-impact program delivering critical data capabilities that directly support national security operations. You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and integrity of complex data pipelines and systems, working at the intersection of software, infrastructure, and mission-driven analytics.

Primary Responsibilities

• Own the testing strategy as the lead Test Engineer on a fast‑paced, mission‑critical program.
• Partner directly with software and DevOps engineers to deliver high‑quality, resilient systems.
• Design, develop, and execute automated and manual tests across system, integration, regression, and stress scenarios.
• Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
• Validate data ingest pipelines and ensure alignment with data lifecycle management requirements.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
• Contribute to automated testing efforts using tools such as JUnit and Mockito.

Basic Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Test Engineer supporting programs of similar scope and complexity.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree).
• Experience with automated testing and scripting (e.g., Python, Java, Bash). Hands‑on experience with testing tools such as JUnit and Mockito.
• Experience testing in Linux environments and familiarity with AWS.
• Demonstrated understanding of data ingest processes and data lifecycle management.
• Clearance Requirement – Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range: $116,350.00 – $210,325.00. Benefits include competitive compensation, health and wellness programs, income protection, paid leave and retirement.
