Senior Test Engineer

The Senior Test Engineer will be responsible for:

• Leading test strategy development and execution for assigned customer programs and electronic products.
• Supporting new product introduction (NPI) activities, including test planning, validation, and production readiness.
• Developing, maintaining, and improving functional, in-circuit, and system-level test solutions.
• Troubleshooting electronic assemblies, test equipment, fixtures, and product failures to support production and improve efficiency.
• Serving as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customer programs and collaborating directly with customers on testing requirements.
• Analyzing test data, yields, and failure trends to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Providing technical direction and mentorship to test technicians and junior engineers.
• Working closely with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Supporting RF-related testing activities for wireless communication and connectivity applications.

The Senior Test Engineer should have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in test engineering within an electronics manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting PCB assemblies and electronic product testing.
• Hands-on experience with RF testing and RF test equipment, including tools such as spectrum analyzers, vector network analyzers (VNAs), signal generators, and power meters.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills related to electronic hardware and manufacturing processes.
• Experience supporting NPI programs and transitioning products into production.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Strong communication skills and experience working directly with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Experience within aerospace, defense, industrial electronics, medical electronics, or contract manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with ISO, AS9100, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or DOE methodologies is a plus.
