To lead the technical design and implementation of enterprise test automation solutions, the full-time Senior Test Automation Engineer will work remotely, taking ownership of the end-to-end delivery process while utilizing Gradera's TestPhi platform to enhance client-specific automation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Understand client goals for test automation and design future state frameworks leveraging Gradera's TestPhi platform Lead the implementation phase to achieve at least 80% test coverage while performing hands-on automation tasks and conducting script reviews Create an adoption strategy for automating testing across other enterprise applications as part of a long-term roadmap Required Qualifications At least 8 years of experience in Software Quality Engineering with a focus on deploying test automation solutions in enterprise environments Minimum of 2 years of experience with Playwright web test automation and UiPath for automating tests and processes Proven ability to work independently and lead software quality initiatives with minimal supervision Expert-level experience in Test data management and integrating automated tests as part of the DevOps CI/CD process Strong experience with BDD practices and defining quality standards for automation tools and technologies
