As a Senior Territory Manager, you will be a strategic business partner responsible for driving account growth, expanding customer relationships, and identifying new opportunities within a defined territory.

What You Will Do in This Role?
- Drive territory growth through strategic account development and expansion of Surgical Equipment Repair services
- Build and maintain executive, departmental, and clinical relationships within hospital accounts
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within existing and prospective customers
- Partner with field operations teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and service outcomes
- Lead customer business reviews, presentations, and educational programs focused on surgical equipment repair solutions
- Manage and mentor Service Representatives and Territory Managers across the region
- Support onboarding and implementation of new customer partnerships
- Monitor key business metrics and develop action plans to drive customer retention and growth
- Work collaboratively with Operations leadership to introduce new solutions and expand service offerings
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, contracts, and decision-making processes related to surgical equipment repair and maintenance services
- Coordinate support and service coverage to ensure customer satisfaction and operational continuity
What You Will Need for This Role?
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
- The ability to travel a minimum of 50% to support business needs, sometimes on short notice
- Experience and thorough knowledge of hospital sterile processing departments and operating room environments
- 5 years of management, sales, or customer service experience preferred
- 2 years of Central Sterile Processing Department (CSPD) or Operating Room (OR) experience preferred
- General knowledge of assigned region and the client landscape preferred
- Experience in service delivery logistics and cost efficiencies preferred
- A valid driver’s license and safe driving record
- Proven track record in matrix management of geographically dispersed staff
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ability to learn company specific programs
- Certification from International Association of Healthcare Central Service Material Management (IAHCSMM) and Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution, Inc. (CBSPD) preferred, but can be obtained within six months of hire
- Proven leadership and team building skills
- Demonstrated ability to organize, prepare, and deliver effective customer presentations
- The ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Physical abilities include: the ability to operate a computer, to move material around the office, to remain seated for extended periods of time and to constantly communicate with teammates with or without accommodation
