North Shore Bank is seeking a Branch Supervisor to coordinate the fixed activities of the branch, supervise tellers, and support sales efforts. The role supports and demonstrates customer service standards while acting in a supervisory capacity when the Branch Manager is absent.
In addition to coordinating operations, you will identify cross-sell opportunities and ensure branch staff adhere to policies, procedures and security requirements daily.
