Supporting a high-impact tech team remotely, the full-time Senior Technology Support Specialist will manage ERP systems, oversee the order-to-cash process, and serve as the first line of defense for IT support and cybersecurity. Key responsibilities: Support and maintain ERP and enterprise systems, troubleshooting Level 1 issues Manage the order-to-cash process and coordinate system updates with vendors Lead technology onboarding for new hires and document processes and systems Required qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in technology support or a similar role in a fast-growing company Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably Fulfil or Microsoft Dynamics Demonstrated ability to redesign workflows and processes effectively Fluency in AI tools and experience in automating processes
