Job TitleRequirements• 10–15 years of project management experience with demonstrated expertise in Windows migrations, Office365 consolidations, and Microsoft Tenant-to-Tenant migrations• Proficiency with Waterfall and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management platforms (ServiceNow, Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Project)• Strong technical acumen in networking configurations, data migration, and application authentication across Microsoft environments• Advanced knowledge of Organizational Change Management (OCM) and change management frameworks (ProSci, ADKAR)• Relevant certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or ScrumMaster• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders• Proven experience managing risk and financial accountability on large-scale technology transformation initiatives• Remote work capability with flexibility to support EST time zone requirements
