Senior Technology Manager

Providing strategic oversight for technology operations, the full-time remote Senior Technology Manager will manage various technical functions, including software engineering and information security, while driving continuous improvement and transformation initiatives. Key responsibilities Direct technology functional planning to align with company strategies and ensure cohesive implementation across technical areas Engage with stakeholders to identify and mitigate operational and strategic risks while maintaining timelines and deliverables Lead team development through training and best practice identification to enhance technology functions and address issues proactively Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience Minimum of 3 years of management experience overseeing hiring, training, and performance management In-depth knowledge of primary technology areas relevant to the role Experience managing multiple technology functions is preferred Ability to engage effectively in virtual environments, maintaining presence during meetings
