Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced manager to build and lead a team that delivers technology products and services aligned with business outcomes. The role focuses on engineering talent management, coaching, solution delivery oversight, and technology strategy.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage high‑performing software development teams.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members through ongoing feedback and career planning.
- Own solution delivery and application performance in production, ensuring compliance with risk, security, and regulatory standards.
- Develop and maintain a technology strategy for the technical domain and advocate modern Agile delivery practices.
- Coordinate with product management and stakeholders to align execution with product strategy.
- Manage relationships with business partners, technology leaders, and vendors.
- Lead financial and resource management for the team, including talent acquisition and budget oversight.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of managing software development teams in regulated industries such as financial services or healthcare.
- Experience in product ownership, software engineering, AI, and network infrastructure.
- Proven ability to build, lead, and develop high‑performing technology teams with a focus on engagement and growth.
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and performance development skills.
- Deep knowledge of modern software engineering practices and Agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban, continuous improvement).
- Experience ensuring technology solutions comply with enterprise security, risk, and regulatory requirements in a banking environment.
