About The Role
Lead complex technology consulting engagements and serve as a trusted advisor to clients. You'll architect solutions, guide implementations, and mentor team members while driving business value through technology.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technology consulting engagements
- Architect enterprise technology solutions aligned with business objectives
- Serve as subject matter expert in specific technology domains
- Manage client relationships at senior stakeholder levels
- Guide technical teams through complex implementations
- Develop proposals and statements of work for new engagements
- Mentor consultants and build team capabilities
- Contribute to practice development and thought leadership
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends
Requirements
- Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of technology consulting or implementation experience
- Deep expertise in enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, or similar platforms)
- Strong client management and presentation skills
- Experience leading teams and managing complex projects
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and business audiences
- Relevant certifications preferred (PMP, cloud certifications, etc.)
