Contributing to the evolution of enterprise end-user computing services, the full-time Senior Technology Analyst will support and maintain technologies such as Citrix and VDI while collaborating on platform strategy and modernization efforts in a hybrid work environment. Key Responsibilities Support and maintain enterprise end-user platform technologies and associated lifecycle processes Contribute to the development and execution of technology roadmaps, standards, and best practices Collaborate with vendors, architects, and stakeholders to evaluate product capabilities and future-state solutions Required Qualifications Experience with Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, including XenApp/XenDesktop and NetScaler Proficiency in Windows Server administration and Active Directory integration Knowledge of High Availability design principles and secure remote access technologies Experience with VDI and endpoint computing platforms Familiarity with enterprise networking and security integration
