To accomplish this mission, we are committed to attracting and retaining the best talent and an engaged and thriving workforce that drives a sustainable future for our company and society.Working at IPG Medical Group you can expect challenging projects, a motivating and friendly environment, and competitive benefits.What You'll Be Doing:Perform detailed electromechanical assembly of Class II medical devices, including optical sub-systems, PCBs, wiring harnesses, and mechanical componentsFollow detailed assembly procedures, work instructions, schematics, and drawings with high attention to detailConduct functional tests and diagnostics using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and custom test setups to verify performanceCollaborate with Quality and Engineering to troubleshoot issues, implement rework, and support design changesEnsure adherence to GMP, ISO 13485, and FDA manufacturing standardsAccurately document build steps, test results, and material traceability in ERP and DHR systemsParticipate in lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement activitiesMaintain cleanroom or controlled-environment procedures when required
