Serve as the senior technical voice for the Web & Mobile team, setting direction on architecture, AI enablement, DevOps, and engineering standards.
Own architectural design decisions across a full technology landscape spanning front end, back end/API services, middleware, and mobile.
Drive adoption of AI-assisted development practices across the team; evaluate and apply AI tooling (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) to improve engineering velocity and code quality.
Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders across engineering, product, and the business to align technical direction with organizational priorities
Build and champion observability, analytics, and reporting practices across mobile apps and the broader technical landscape (bug tracking, performance monitoring, release health).
Evaluate new integrations (APIs, SDKs, proof-of-concepts) and guide how they get incorporated into web and mobile applications.
Requirements
10+ years of full-stack software engineering experience across front-end, back end/API development, and mobile experience
Demonstrated technical leadership as an individual contributor, someone who has influenced architecture and driven team consensus without formal management authority.
The presence and communication style to build trust quickly with a technical team and cross-functional stakeholders
Experience building or deploying autonomous/agentic AI systems (RAG pipelines, LLM evaluation frameworks, production AI agents)
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and a track record of applying them to improve team velocity and code quality.
Experience implementing observability, analytics, and reporting practices across applications.
