Delaware Street, Suite 110 Indianapolis, IN 46204Contract Duration 06/01/2026 – 08/31/2026 (Contract has potential to extend)Bill Rate $66/hrImportant NotesPer CBRE, this role requires strong technical field experience.Candidates will complete both: CBRE background check and Meta background screening.Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.100% onsite position.About the RoleThe Senior Technical Trainer works alongside trainers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) within a corporate university environment.

This role is heavily focused on delivering high-volume technical instruction to adult learners, spending 75% or more of the time facilitating training based on established programs. This position supports the deployment of next-generation telecom and data center infrastructure technologies. As a senior member of the team, the trainer will also mentor Associate Trainers, collaborate with leadership, and help drive training excellence across the organization.ResponsibilitiesFacilitate employee onboarding and technical training programsDeliver instructor-led training, hands-on labs, assessments, and practical exercisesProvide remediation and learner support to ensure training successPartner with trainers, managers, and stakeholders on training initiativesTrack training data and maintain accurate reportingDocument employee performance and training outcomesTest and provide feedback on training materialsPrepare and maintain training facilities, equipment, and classroom setupStay current on data center infrastructure tools and industry best practicesCoordinate schedules, enrollment, and training logisticsAssess training needs through interviews and surveysSupport development of new training materials and programsCoach and develop Associate TrainersTravel as neededRequired Qualifications6–9 years of field industry experience in structured cabling installation, preferably fiberExperience within telecom, low voltage, network infrastructure, or data center environmentsTelecommunication industry certifications preferred, especially BICSIExperience delivering training, mentoring technicians, or leading field teamsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Ability to analyze problems and develop practical solutionsProfessional demeanor and presentationIdeal BackgroundsStructured Cabling LeadFiber Technician / Fiber LeadLow Voltage SupervisorTelecom Field TrainerData Center Technician LeadCabling ForemanNetwork Infrastructure Trainer
