Admera Health is looking for a motivated scientist to join our Biopharma Services team and support our growing single-cell, spatial transcriptomics, and NGS projects.
Position
Technical Project Manager – Single-Cell & Spatial Transcriptomics
Working closely with clients, laboratory teams, bioinformatics, R&D, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage single-cell, spatial transcriptomics, and NGS projects from start to finish
- Communicate with customers and provide technical guidance and project updates
- Support experimental design, sample requirements, sequencing strategy, and troubleshooting
- Coordinate with lab, bioinformatics, and R&D teams
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and data quality
- Support new technologies and workflow development
Qualifications
- BS, MS, or PhD in Biology, Molecular Biology, Genomics, Bioinformatics, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in genomics, NGS, biotech, academic research, or related areas preferred
- Familiarity with single-cell RNA-seq, spatial transcriptomics, or NGS is preferred
- Experience with platforms such as 10x Genomics, Parse Biosciences, Visium, STOmics, Xenium, or CosMx is a plus
- Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working directly with customers and multiple internal teams
- Strong interest in learning and adopting new genomics technologies
