Collaborating closely with various internal teams, the full-time Senior Technical Specialist will manage the intake, development, and deployment of Business Rules for RCA's platform applications while ensuring alignment with operational needs and driving continuous improvement through data-driven solutions. Key responsibilities Design and develop rule logic for integration into the Business Rules Management System (BRMS) and conduct testing and validation of rules Act as a liaison between operations and the BRMS Center of Excellence, maintaining documentation and performing impact analysis for business rules Identify technical limitations and recommend corrective actions to improve rule effectiveness and operational scalability Required qualifications High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred Experience in the healthcare industry and familiarity with complex business rules Basic coding skills in SQL, Java, or similar programming languages Experience analyzing large datasets and auditing payment inaccuracies Strong working knowledge of tools such as Power BI, Access, and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
