Given the concentration of clients, residency in Massachusetts or Southern New Hampshire is required. Relocation assistance is not provided.RequirementsBachelors Degree plus 5+ years of technical sales experience in life sciences, analytical instruments, or related Field Application Experience experience; Master's Degree preferredPreferred Fields of Study: Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering or related scientific fieldStrong technical understanding of relevant scientific workflows and applicationsDemonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targetsExpert presentation and communication skills with ability to engage stakeholdersExperience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applicationsSuccess in consultative selling and complex sales cyclesStrong project management and organizational abilitiesProven relationship building and networking capabilitiesAbility to work effectively in a matrix organizationAbility to travel up to 50- 75% (3 out of 5 days of the week) within assigned territoryBilingual skills preferredDeep knowledge of specific product technologies and workflows as required by positionExperience presenting at scientific conferences and trade showsStrong analytical and problem- solving capabilitiesAbility to develop and implement territory plansDemonstrated ability to collaborate across functionsExperience supporting and developing other team membersStrong customer service focusCompensation and BenefitsThe salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $113,000 - $155,000.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
