While the primary focus is technical recruiting across Enterprise Technology, Cybersecurity, and AI/ML teams, the recruiter must be able to pivot and support Finance and Legal hiring needs as business priorities shift. This is not a recruiter who simply manages a req load.
The ideal candidate acts as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing market intelligence, hiring strategy recommendations, compensation guidance, and workforce planning support. They must be comfortable working with executive stakeholders, navigating ambiguity, and driving hiring outcomes with minimal direction.
