Senior Technical Recruiter (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space.

This role will own full-cycle recruiting for high-impact technical positions, with a strong emphasis on software engineering and platform development. You will partner closely with hiring managers and cross-functional leaders to shape hiring strategy, build talent pipelines, and support business growth in a fast-moving environment. The position also calls for a thoughtful candidate experience, data-informed decision-making, and a strong commitment to inclusive hiring practices.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle recruitment for high-impact technical roles in software engineering and platform development
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create strategic hiring plans based on market insights
• Ensure a standout candidate experience that aligns with the organization's mission
• Build proactive talent pipelines targeting high-skill candidates in competitive markets
• Utilize recruiting data to enhance process efficiency and inform stakeholder discussions
• Promote inclusive hiring practices to foster diverse, high-performing teams
• Act as a brand ambassador for the organization at industry events and recruiting initiatives

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in software or product-centric environments
• Familiarity with technical concepts such as programming languages and system architecture
• Proven track record in sourcing and hiring for challenging roles in fast-paced tech settings
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, specifically Greenhouse, and data-driven decision-making
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on empathy and influence
• Commitment to building diverse teams and promoting equity in hiring practices
• Ability to work across time zones and adapt to changing priorities
