Running full-cycle searches for technical roles, the contract Senior Technical Recruiter will manage a portfolio of recruiting responsibilities, partner with hiring managers, and source passive candidates, all while working remotely within the US for a duration of 6-9 months. Key responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer and close for technical roles Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop hiring strategies Source and engage passive technical talent while maintaining pipeline health and candidate engagement Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in technical sourcing and recruiting, with at least 3 years managing full-cycle searches independently Proven ability to utilize advanced talent platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and specialized technical sourcing tools Experience managing multiple competing priorities with minimal guidance Strong communication skills for navigating sensitive information and complex offer negotiations Experience recruiting for data, infrastructure, or security roles, in addition to core software engineering
