Senior Technical Recruiter- Development

As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and selection of IT and cyber security candidates for our clients. You will be able to make an impact by leveraging data and providing insights into the talent market, which enables our clients to make better-informed hiring decisions. Technical Recruiter Responsibilities: Own full-cycle recruitment, including writing job descriptions, sourcing and screening candidates, interview coordination and offer closing Leverage technology and data, including social media, job boards, and internal applicant tracking system (ATS), to identify candidates Create and execute recruiting plans and marketing strategies to help accomplish team goals Develop and maintain candidate pipelines and networks Attend weekly recruiting meetings to discuss open positions and strategic approach Provide recommendations and insights to team and customers regarding best practices

Technical Recruiter Qualifications:

1-4 years of experience recruiting in a staffing firm

Ability to meet and exceed minimum weekly and monthly activity and performance goals
