- 12+ years of IT experience with hands-on application development background
- Strong expertise in .NET and/or Python technologies
- Extensive experience managing complex application development and modernization projects
- Experience leading onsite and offshore delivery teams
- Strong client-facing, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Ability to drive project execution, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
