We’re looking for an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager / Agile Program Manager to lead multiple high-complexity IT implementation initiatives involving cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, Product Owners, and technology partners.
This is an ideal opportunity for a delivery-focused PM who can lead without direct authority, manage multiple concurrent projects, drive Agile execution, and translate business priorities into measurable technology outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple concurrent, high-complexity IT implementation projects and delivery teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple departments, business units, and geographies.
- Partner closely with Product Owners, SMEs, business stakeholders, and technology suppliers .
- Facilitate workshops to define requirements, story maps, product backlogs, and prioritized capabilities.
- Drive Sprint Planning, Program Increment Planning, Agile ceremonies, and iterative delivery .
- Develop and manage project estimates, schedules, budgets, scope, risks, dependencies, and resources.
- Identify capacity constraints, resource conflicts, impediments, and delivery risks and drive mitigation.
- Track project performance and ensure timely delivery of working products and capabilities.
- Present project progress, risks, milestones, and delivered features to senior stakeholders.
- Work effectively in both Agile/Iterative and Waterfall environments .
- Build strong relationships and influence teams without direct reporting authority.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- 5+ years of Scrum Master / Agile Project Management experience.
- Experience managing 3+ teams simultaneously .
- Experience managing 3–4 concurrent implementation projects .
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) .
- 5+ years working with Product Owners and business stakeholders .
- Hands-on experience conducting story workshops, backlog creation, and story mapping .
- Strong experience with Sprint Planning and Program Increment (PI) Planning .
- Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar project/Agile tracking tools .
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
