IT Project Lead
Location: Remote (must be within driving distance for occasional onsite workshops and planning sessions)
We're seeking an experienced IT Project Lead to support a large-scale digital commerce and fulfillment initiative. This role will partner across business and technology teams to help drive delivery, manage dependencies, and ensure alignment across multiple workstreams.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate activities across business, technology, and operational teams
- Manage project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items
- Facilitate project meetings and stakeholder discussions
- Provide status updates and leadership reporting
- Support implementation, launch readiness, and post-launch activities
- Drive collaboration and help remove blockers across teams
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of Project Management, Program Management, or Delivery Management experience
- Experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives in complex organizations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Retail, eCommerce, fulfillment, logistics, or omnichannel experience is a plus
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, GitHub, Power BI, or similar project tracking tools preferred
