We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a multi-year, enterprise-wide security initiative. This role will drive the planning, coordination, and execution of ten high-impact initiatives aimed at transitioning from legacy, cycle-based security practices to a modern, continuous, identity-centric, and automation-driven operating model. The ideal candidate can quickly onboard, operate independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while confidently engaging senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of a large-scale cybersecurity transformation program
- Plan, coordinate, and execute ten prioritized security initiatives across the enterprise
- Drive transition from legacy security models to continuous, identity-centric, and automated practices
- Partner with cross-functional teams including security, infrastructure, and application stakeholders
- Facilitate discussions, remove roadblocks, and ensure alignment across workstreams
- Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple initiatives
- Oversee program reporting, metrics, and executive-level communications
- Present updates, progress, and recommendations to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
- Proven experience leading complex, enterprise-wide security or technology transformation programs
- Strong ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive presence
- Experience facilitating meetings and driving alignment across large stakeholder groups
- PMP certification preferred but not required
