Job Title: Senior Technical Project Manager

As they continue to evolve through cutting-edge technology and digital transformation, they are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to drive complex initiatives and play a key role in shaping our future platforms.

Job Summary:

The Senior Project Manager will lead critical, high-visibility projects across the technology landscape, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing digital transformation projects, building new platforms from the ground up, and implementing best-in-class project management methodologies. Proficiency in Jira and other PM tools is essential. Experience with AI initiatives is a plus, though not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale, cross-functional technology projects.
• Oversee platform development and modernization initiatives aligned with digital transformation objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and resources using Jira and other industry-standard tools (e.g., Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.).
• Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Support the development and adoption of new platforms or systems across various teams.

Qualifications:

Required:

• 7+ years of project management experience in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment (ideally financial services or investment banking).
• Proven experience managing enterprise-scale digital transformation and platform implementation projects.
• Deep expertise with Jira , Confluence, and other project and portfolio management tools.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies, with the ability to tailor approaches as needed.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Preferred:

• Experience with AI, machine learning, or data-driven initiatives.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP).
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements within financial services.
