Senior Technical Program Manager: Cross‑Team Delivery Leader

Coder is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead and shape our most complex engineering programs. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, owning definition, cross-functional planning, and delivery across teams and systems, while giving leadership visibility to steer initiatives.

You will drive scope, milestones, dependencies, and risk, and serve as the central coordination point across engineering, product, design, security, and go-to-market.
