We’re Hiring: Senior Technical Product Owner
Location: Bethesda, MD
Work Model: Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite per week

Are you an experienced Technical Product Owner who enjoys turning business needs into impactful digital experiences? We’re looking for a Senior Technical Product Owner to drive the development and delivery of an enterprise self-service kiosk solution.
What You’ll Do
- Own product requirements, roadmaps, epics, user stories, and backlog prioritization.
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with engineering, QA, architecture, and business stakeholders to drive end-to-end product delivery.
- Coordinate sprint planning, backlog refinement, testing, defect resolution, and release readiness.
- Track dependencies, risks, blockers, and delivery milestones.
- Drive collaboration across cross-functional and offshore teams.
- Support integrated digital workflows involving backend systems and APIs.
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in Technical Product Ownership, Product Management, or a related role.
- Strong experience with product roadmaps, requirements gathering, and backlog management.
- Proven ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Understanding of backend integrations, APIs, and end-to-end digital product workflows.
- Experience collaborating with engineering and QA teams on testing, defect management, and releases.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and Agile/Scrum skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with self-service kiosks, tablets, or check-in solutions.
- Exposure to payment processing or hospitality technology. xhqgsiq
