- Own and maintain a complete, current, and organized sales and technical collateral library across all products
- Identify collateral gaps and drive them to closure
- Gather technical facts and rough outlines from product managers
- Independently produce refined presentations and accompanying graphics/diagrams
- Partner with Communications to align product messaging and collateral with broader narratives, voice, and audience dynamics
- Adapt and develop product content and collateral for different audiences and uses
- Assist with industry and government conference operations, including attendance planning, registration, booth setup, and breakdown
- Ensure collateral and messaging are current and conference-ready
- Partner with product managers, data scientists, and technical teams to produce broader technical content, beginning with blog posts
- Track customer feedback, market trends, competitive capabilities, and emerging technologies to keep collateral and messaging current
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in a technical, communications, or related field
- 6+ years of product marketing, sales enablement, or technical marketing experience, preferably for enterprise, government, or technical B2B products
- Ability to understand AI/machine learning, AIOps, and agentic/orchestration concepts
- Strong portfolio of written and visual collateral, including decks, one-pagers, or briefs
- Ability to turn rough, incomplete technical input into polished, decision-ready output with minimal back-and-forth
- Experience partnering closely with product and technical teams to source accurate content
- Ability to communicate technical concepts and value propositions to technical and non-technical senior audiences
- Strong organizational skills to own and maintain a growing collateral library
- Self-starter mindset; comfortable identifying gaps and driving them to closure without heavy direction
- Must be a US person: US citizen, US national, or Green Card holder
- Travel up to 20% of the time
- Optional: Experience marketing to public-sector, defense, or other mission-driven government buyers
- Optional: Prior experience as a product manager, data scientist, ML engineer, or solutions architect
- Optional: Proficiency with Figma or Adobe Creative Suite
- Optional: Experience producing technical content such as blog posts, case studies, or tutorials
