Senior Technical Product ManagerVenesco is seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of FDA-regulated medical products. This individual will collaborate cross-functionally with regulatory, clinical, and manufacturing teams to ensure successful product delivery, compliance, and commercialization.Key responsibilities include:Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from concept through commercializationDevelop Target Product Profiles (TPPs) and long-term product strategiesCoordinate cross-functional teams including clinical, regulatory, CMC, and manufacturingIdentify development risks and implement mitigation strategiesEnsure compliance with FDA, GLP, and GMP standardsConduct technical product reviews, market analysis, and competitive assessmentsSupport regulatory submissions including IND, NDA, BLA, and IDEMentor junior staff and support continuous process improvement initiativesMinimum qualifications include:Advanced degree (MS, PhD, or PharmD) in life sciences or related discipline10+ years of product development or technical product management experienceExperience supporting FDA-regulated products and regulatory submissionsStrong leadership and stakeholder management skillsPreferred qualifications include:PMP or Agile certificationExperience supporting government or military health programs
