Senior Technical Product Manager

Position Overview
Venesco is seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of FDA-regulated medical products. This individual will collaborate cross-functionally with regulatory, clinical, and manufacturing teams to ensure successful product delivery, compliance, and commercialization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from concept through commercialization
- Develop Target Product Profiles (TPPs) and long-term product strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including clinical, regulatory, CMC, and manufacturing
- Identify development risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with FDA, GLP, and GMP standards
- Conduct technical product reviews, market analysis, and competitive assessments
- Support regulatory submissions including IND, NDA, BLA, and IDE
- Mentor junior staff and support continuous process improvement initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
- Advanced degree (MS, PhD, or PharmD) in life sciences or related discipline
- 10+ years of product development or technical product management experience
- Experience supporting FDA-regulated products and regulatory submissions
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP or Agile certification
- Experience supporting government or military health programs
