To support enterprise banking and collections initiatives, the contract Senior Technical Product Analyst will work remotely, serving as a critical link between business stakeholders, product management, and engineering teams by translating complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications. Key Responsibilities Partner with product managers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements, functional specifications, and solution documentation Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and insights that support product strategy and business decisions Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience as a Technical Product Analyst, Product Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role Strong domain expertise in Banking, Financial Services, and Collections Deep understanding of APIs, system integrations, data models, and enterprise application architecture Proven experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into technical specifications Hands-on experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional documentation
