Work Arrangement: Primarily Remote with occasional onsite meetings in Sacramento

Senior Technical Lead - 2 Openings
Mandatory Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience aligning IT systems/technology solutions with business requirements
- 5+ years of technical lead/leadership experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field; qualifying experience substitution may apply
Preferred Experience:
- 4+ years working with complex IP networks
- 2+ years of technical/project planning
- Milestone tracking and reporting
- Telecommunications and network migration experience
- Public-sector or public-safety technology experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical deployment and migration activities
- Coordinate technical teams, vendors, and telecommunications providers
- Lead migration/testing conference bridges
- Support reference architecture and strategic technical planning
- Identify technical risks, gaps, and dependencies
- Oversee testing and migration readiness
- Perform technical gap analysis
- Support technical and policy recommendations
