Senior Technical Engineer Blythewood, SC
Location: Blythewood, SC (on-site)
Compensation: $105,000 + 10% bonus (flexible for the right candidate)
Our client, a thriving $1.5B sustainable specialty films leader, is hiring a Senior Technical Engineer to be the film extrusion expert for its Blythewood, SC plant. You'll connect resin and additive choices to how they run on the line and how they perform in the final film.

What you'll do:
Run sample and trial resin formulations in the lab and on the production line alongside operators.
Lead troubleshooting, raw material substitutions, and scrap and cost-reduction projects that move plant KPIs.
Support quality through Kaizen events, A3s, and complaint reviews.
Provide technical support to customers.
What you'll bring:
BS in Chemical Engineering
3 5 years of experience, including hands-on film extrusion
