Senior Technical Claims Specialist

Experienced claims professionals will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Senior Technical Claims Specialist focused on managing complex, high-exposure construction-related casualty claims, including coverage analysis and litigation strategy from assignment through resolution. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of complex, litigated construction-related losses ($500K+) through coverage analysis, liability assessment, and resolution Direct litigation strategy, including managing discovery, evaluating trial risks, and preparing for mediations Coordinate and lead a working team for each matter, including outside counsel and technical experts Required Qualifications Substantial experience handling complex, litigated Commercial General Liability and/or Construction Liability claims at high exposure levels (preferably $500,000+) Deep knowledge of CGL and Construction Liability coverages and related policy issues Proven litigation management experience, including selecting and managing defense counsel Strong technical judgment with the ability to articulate coverage and liability positions Bachelor's degree (preferred) and relevant claims/insurance industry certifications or licenses
