Leading the delivery of BI & Analytics solutions, the full-time remote Senior Technical Business Analyst will partner with stakeholder teams and manage agile sprints, ensuring effective communication and prioritization of high-value projects. Key responsibilities Manage agile sprints, including backlog grooming, standups, and coordinating solutions with stakeholders and development teams Communicate progress to stakeholders, identify challenges, and prioritize BI projects to deliver impactful analytics solutions Build and manage the product backlog and delivery roadmap, ensuring smooth execution of BI & Analytics initiatives Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in an Agile environment, ideally in BI Scrum Master or BI Delivery Lead roles Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users and create BI documentation Experience with querying enterprise data warehouses and understanding data pipelines Scrum certification or equivalent experience leading scrum ceremonies Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
