Owning the end-to-end management of internal application platforms, the full-time Senior Technical Architect will design, build, deploy, and operate applications and integrations using AI-assisted development practices while guiding non-technical system owners in application creation. Key responsibilities Design, build, and operate system-to-system integrations with a focus on reliability and observability Steward the internal application platform through ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and enhancements Facilitate and govern citizen developers in building applications, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience 8-10+ years of professional application development experience, with proven TypeScript application development 2+ years in an architect or technical lead role related to application, platform, or integration architecture Experience with AI-assisted development and integration development using APIs and messaging patterns Strong background in SDLC automation, including CI/CD and automated testing
