Senior Technical Architect

Leading the design and governance of Zuora Billing solutions, the full-time Senior Technical Architect will work remotely to create scalable architectures that support subscription and usage-based monetization models while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure operational stability and billing accuracy. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Zuora Billing, including subscription lifecycle management and billing operations Design and govern Zuora solutions that ensure scalability and maintainability across various billing models Architect and optimize Zuora Workflows, ensuring effective error handling and operational controls Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in solution architecture or enterprise applications, particularly with billing systems Deep hands-on experience with Zuora Billing in complex enterprise environments Extensive experience designing and supporting Zuora Workflows, including orchestration and monitoring Strong understanding of subscription billing concepts and integration with platforms like Salesforce and Workday Proven ability to translate complex business needs into scalable architecture and lead design reviews
