Senior Technical Architect – Oracle EBS OTL Techno-FunctionalWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Architect – Oracle EBS OTL Techno-Functional to lead and support Oracle HRMS and Time & Labor initiatives in a hybrid environment based in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12.2.x, with deep knowledge of Oracle Time & Labor (OTL), Payroll, Core HR, and related integrations. This is an individual contributor role on an Oracle Time & Labor development project, requiring hands-on involvement in solution design, implementation, support, integrations, and business process consulting.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the functional and techno-functional subject matter expert for Oracle EBS R12.2.x Time & Labor (OTL) and HRMS solutions.Lead business process analysis, gather and document requirements, and translate business needs into scalable Oracle solutions.Design, configure, implement, and support Oracle EBS HRMS modules with a focus on Time & Labor, Payroll, and Core HR.Participate in multiple phases of implementation projects, including solution design, configuration, prototyping, testing, deployment, user training, and production support.Develop and review functional specifications, process documentation, and solution designs.Design and support integrations between Oracle EBS and third-party systems such as Workday, payroll providers, recruiting platforms, and benefits systems.Support inbound and outbound interfaces, data conversion activities, migration strategies, and custom reporting requirements.Identify application gaps and collaborate with technical teams to design effective enhancements and custom solutions.Provide guidance on project deliverables, implementation strategies, and best practices while working closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.Contribute to client training, knowledge transfer, and internal capability development.Required Qualifications8+ years of IT experience, including significant experience with Oracle EBS HRMS implementations and support.Extensive functional expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2.x.Experience with at least 2–3 full lifecycle implementations and production support engagements involving Oracle HRMS modules.Strong hands-on knowledge of: Oracle Time & Labor (OTL)Oracle Payroll / Global PayrollOracle Core HROracle Absence ManagementBenefits InterfacesExperience with Oracle HR and Workday integrations.Knowledge of payroll integrations, including Oracle Global View and Celergo.Experience integrating with recruiting platforms such as SmartRecruiters.Strong understanding of Oracle custom reports, interface development, and third-party system integrations.Experience with: Data conversions and migration strategiesInbound and outbound interfacesFunctional specificationsSolution design and prototypingSystem testing and user trainingExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent combination of education and progressive professional experience.Preferred SkillsTechno-functional expertise spanning both Oracle HRMS business processes and technical integrations.Strong understanding of implementation methodologies and enterprise application architecture.Ability to independently lead discussions with business users and provide strategic recommendations.Experience working in large-scale enterprise Oracle transformation or support programs.Key SkillsOracle EBS R12.2.
