Responsibilities/Must have
- Conduct thorough stakeholder meetings and gather required information towards driving Client into capability-centric architecture.
- Document business requirements, business capability, process flows, and technical specifications in a clear and detailed manner.
- Understanding of Corporate Action / Proxy/ Interim processing lifecycle.
- Define and design target-state capability architecture, business service catalogue which are implementable in selected BPM platform.
- Experience working in the complete life cycle of a BPM project (designing business processes to working with technical team during implementation).
- Assess business processes, identify bottlenecks, and define implementable target state.
- Analyze audit trails and data trends for process mining to improve performance and identify workflows to automate.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Offer post-implementation support and troubleshooting to resolve any issues that arise.
- Drive continuous improvements of implementation based on customer experiences.
- Familiarity in business process optimization and performance improvement.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with very senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in creating clear and detailed documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) around all key decisions during project delivery.
