Cisco is seeking an experienced in-house Counsel in its Legal organization at select locations with a hybrid work model requiring two days in-office each week. You will draft and negotiate complex technology and software licenses, AI/ML arrangements, data privacy agreements, and strategic alliances.
You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, and other business teams to structure deal terms, manage risk, and support Cisco's AI and cloud initiatives across multinational engagements.
