KinderCare is seeking a Senior Teacher to lead classrooms at our Hayward Road center, creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young children. You will design and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum, observe and document progress, and communicate regularly with families. The Senior Teacher mentors assistant staff, supports center initiatives, and ensures compliance with licensing and safety standards.
You’ll collaborate with colleagues, model best practices in early childhood education, and contribute to a positive, inclusive culture focused on each child’s growth and success.
